Returns within 30 days of receipt of your order
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order.
To request a return, simply log in to your customer account using the following link: https://shopify.com/49696374939/account
- Select the order and the items you wish to return.
- Indicate the reason for returning the items.
- You must also indicate in the comments whether you wish to return your order in person or by postal services.
Only products in their original condition may be returned.
In person
In order to avoid return shipping costs, it is possible to bring products directly to our offices located at 90 Beaubien St. W., Suite 501-C, Montreal, Quebec, H2S 1V6.
By postal services
Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide you with a return slip that you must print out, affix to your package and drop off at a Canada Post outlet. Once the return slip has been sent, 15 days are allowed for shipping your return package.
It is important to pack your return package properly, as damaged products may not be reimbursed.

Return shipping costs
- A fee of 9.49$ plus taxes applies to each postal return request. This will be deducted from your refund.
- Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return of defective or incorrect products
In the event that you receive the wrong item, an item is defective or an item has been damaged in transit, simply access your customer account using the following link: https://shopify.com/49696374939/account within 14 days, indicating :
- Select the order and the items to be returned
- You must identify in the comments the breakage of your item.
- You must indicate the reason for the damaged item.
- You must also indicate in the comments whether you wish to return your order in person or by mail.
*For garment breakage, a photo of the breakage and a photo of the care label may be requested by e-mail.
C'est beau will then assume the associated shipping costs.
Non-refundable products policy
- Products over 40% off are final sales.
- Sample sales are final sales.
- Items that have been altered are non-refundable.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Lifestyle / care products are non-refundable.
Refund times
Returns are refunded within 5 working days of receipt by C'est beau.
When a return is processed, a refund confirmation email is sent.
Credit card
Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on the banking institution.
Afterpay
For orders placed via Afterpay, the direct debit will stop and the amount already paid will be refunded via Afterpay.
Gift card
For orders purchased with a gift card, the amount will be automatically credited to the gift card and can be used for a new order.
EXCHANGES
C'est beau does not offer an exchange service for orders. It's simpler and faster to offer you a refund on your unwanted product and let you order your items in another size or color.
Guarantee
C'est beau guarantees its products against manufacturing defects for a period of six months from the date of purchase. If a product proves defective during this period, we offer replacement or repair.
The warranty applies to all products, whether purchased on sale or not.
For artisan products, please refer directly to the artisans' warranties, should they differ from those offered by C'est beau.
C'est beau does not cover :
- Excessive use
- Accidental breakage
- Normal wear and tear
- Any item that has been altered
In the event that a C'est beau product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, C'est beau reserves the right to refuse or cancel all orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. C'est beau reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders even if your order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the order and subsequently cancelled, C'est beau shall issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
C'est beau strives to protect the security of your personal information as it is transmitted through our secure system. C'est beau employees have no access to your credit card information, which is encrypted as soon as the transaction is completed.
Only the transaction management company with which C'est beau does business receives this encrypted information. Other personal information collected by C'est beau is used to ship your order through carriers, to contact you if necessary or to allow you to take advantage of all the opportunities and activities offered by C'est beau / 9344-0709 Québec inc.
You may request that your information be removed from our database at any time.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN MADE IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED, ENFORCED AND GOVERNED IN ALL RESPECTS UNDER THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC, WITHOUT REGARD TO THE PRINCIPLES OF CONFLICTS OF LAW IN WHICH THE LAW OF ANY OTHER STATE, PROVINCE OR TERRITORY MAY APPLY, AND WITHOUT REGARD TO THE LAWS OF CANADA APPLICABLE IN QUEBEC. THE CUSTOMER IRREVOCABLY AGREES TO SUBMIT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THE COURTS OF THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC AND CANADA LOCATED IN THE JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF MONTREAL, FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY SALE OR THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
