While Boréale's reputation is no longer in question, it's worth remembering that Brasseurs du Nord has been a pioneer in the Quebec brewing industry since 1988, and that Boréale never ceases to innovate.

After being the first microbrewery to create a Rousse beer in Quebec, Boréale continues to bring new beers to market year after year. In fact, every month, the microbrewery unveils 2 new "Episode" beers, bold, exclusive and, above all, available for a limited time only.

This year, we're delighted to have made their summer/fall collection, which swaps the popular polar bear for a wolf fresh out of its den. Soif de loup is the small pack of three seltzers launched this year by Boréale.

We also took the opportunity to visit the new Relais Boréale in the heart of Mile-Ex, just a few blocks away from our home!

In this new space designed by Atelier L'Abri, Isabelle and Samuel, marketing coordinator and social media manager respectively, briefed us on their "playground" concept, where master brewer Simon Martin is always on hand.

After the tour, they introduced us to their beer menu exclusive to Le Relais - Montréal. It was excellent, and we recommend Le Relais for your next 5@7 or afternoon tasting. :)
