What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are based on the address you select for delivery. Our aim is to charge you as little as possible.

What is the delivery time for my order?

C'est beau is committed to processing orders within 3 working days. Once processed, a tracking number or notification of order ready for collection is sent by e-mail. Delivery times depend on the delivery method chosen.

Once the products have been picked up by our carriers, here are the guaranteed delivery times:

  • 48 business hours for delivery in Montreal with local delivery service.
  • 1 to 3 business days for express delivery with Canada Post.
  • 3 to 7 business days for regular delivery within Canada.

C'est beau is not responsible for carrier delivery times.

Where do you ship?

We deliver anywhere in North America.

I need my order in a shorter time frame. Can I get expedited delivery?

In this case, you'll need to choose either expedited or express shipping. If you choose expedited or express shipping, we will also do our best to prepare the order as quickly as possible.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, you can have your order shipped to any address in North America. First enter the delivery address in the "Delivery and payment" section, and you can enter your billing address later in the purchase process.

Can I have items from the same order delivered to several different addresses?

No, it is not possible to deliver to several different addresses in a single order. In this case, we recommend that you place two separate orders.

Can I be reimbursed for delivery costs?

No, delivery charges are non-refundable.

Can I track the progress of my order? How can I do this?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a direct link to track your package. For orders shipped with Chasseur-courrier, unfortunately, it is not possible to track your package directly, but delivery is expected within 48 hours.

What is local bike delivery?

Local bike delivery is only available in certain parts of the island of Montreal. This area is served by the Chasseur-courrier delivery service, which enables shipments with zero greenhouse gas emissions.

What should I do if I don't receive my order?

If the delivery of your order seems to be blocked by the carrier, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can follow up with the deliverer. Please provide us with your order number and delivery address to facilitate the process.

Refusal of delivery, failure to claim a parcel or wrong address

If the parcel is refused on delivery, if no one answers after several attempts, if the delivery address is incorrect or if the parcel is not claimed at the post office counter, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a fee may be charged for a new delivery.
