Refund policy
Return within 30 days of receiving your order
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To make a return, simply make a request to info@cestbeau.co providing these informations:
- Your name;
- Your order number;
- The items you wish to return; and
- The reason for this return.
Only products in their original condition will be refunded.
In person
To avoid return fees, it is possible to bring products directly to our offices located at 90 Beaubien St. W., Suite 501-C, Montreal, Quebec, H2S 1V6..
Online
We will provide a return label that you will need to print, stick on your package, and drop off at a Canada Post counter. Following the transmission of the return label, you have 15 days to proceed with the shipping of your return package.
It is important to pack the parcels well for return, as damaged products may not be refunded.

Return fees
- Return fees of $9.49 plus tax apply to each return request. These will be deducted from your refund.
- Initial delivery fees are not refundable.
Return of defective or incorrect products
In the event that you receive the wrong item, a defective item, or an item that was damaged in transit, write to info@cestbeau.co within 14 days, providing:
- Your name;
- Your order number;
- The problem* related to your order;
- A picture to support your claim.
*For clothing damages, a picture of the damage as well as a picture of the care label are required.
C’est beau will then cover the associated shipping costs.
Non-refundable product policy
- Products at more than 40% off are final sales.
- Products purchased in sample sales are final sales.
- Items that have been tampered with are non-refundable.
- Gift cards are not refundable.

Refund terms
A return is refunded within 5 working days of receipt by C'est beau.
Upon processing a return, a refund confirmation email is sent.
Credit card
Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on the banking institution.
Sezzle
For an order placed via Sezzle, the debit will be stopped and the amount already paid will be refunded via Sezzle.
Gift card
For an order bought with a gift card, the amount will be automatically put back on the gift card and will be usable for a new order.
Exchanges
C'est beau does not offer an exchange service for orders. It is simpler and also much faster to offer you a refund on your unwanted product and let you order your items in another size or color.
Warranty
C'est beau guarantees its products against manufacturing defects for a period of six months following purchase. If a product proves to be defective during this period, we offer a replacement or repair of the product.
The warranty applies to all products, whether purchased on sale or not.
For artisanal products, it is possible to refer directly to the artisans' warranties in the event that it differs from the one offered by C'est beau.
C’est beau does not cover:
- Excessive use
- Accidental breakage
- Normal wear and tear
- Any item that has been altered
