We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To request a return, simply access your customer account using the following link: https://shopify.com/49696374939/account
Select the order and the items you wish to return.
Indicate the reason why you are returning the items.
You must also indicate in the comments whether you wish to return your order in person or by postal services.
Only products in their original condition can be returned.
To avoid return fees, it is possible to bring products directly to our offices located at 90 Beaubien St. W., Suite 501-C, Montreal, Quebec, H2S 1V6.
By postal services
Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide you with a return slip that you must print out, affix to your package and drop off at a Canada Post outlet.
Once the return slip has been sent to you, we allow 15 days for your return package to be shipped.
It is important to pack the parcels properly for return, as damaged products may not be refunded.

A fee of $9.49 plus taxes applies to each postal return request. These will be deducted from your refund.
Initial delivery fees are not refundable.
Return of defective or incorrect products

You must select the order and the items to be returned.
You must identify the breakage of your item in the comments.
You must indicate the reason for the damaged items.

*For damage to garments, a photo of the damage and a photo of the care label may be requested by email.
C’est beau will then cover the associated shipping costs.
Non-refundable product policy
Products at more than 40% off are final sales.
Products purchased in sample sales are final sales.
Items that have been tampered with are non-refundable.
Gift cards are not refundable.
A return is refunded within 5 working days of receipt by C'est beau.
Upon processing a return, a refund confirmation email is sent.
Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on the banking institution.
For an order placed via Sezzle, the debit will be stopped and the amount already paid will be refunded via Sezzle.
For an order bought with a gift card, the amount will be automatically put back on the gift card and will be usable for a new order.
C'est beau does not offer an exchange service for orders. It is simpler and also much faster to offer you a refund on your unwanted product and let you order your items in another size or color.
C'est beau guarantees its products against manufacturing defects for a period of six months after purchase. If a product proves to be defective during this period, we offer a replacement or repair of the product.
The guarantee applies to all products, whether purchased on sale or not.
For artisanal products, it is possible to refer directly to the artisan's warranty in the event that it differs from the one offered by C'est beau.
C’est beau does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Any item that has been altered
In the event that a C'est beau product is erroneously listed at an incorrect price, C'est beau reserves the right to refuse or cancel all orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. C'est beau reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders even if the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card account. In the event that your credit card has already been charged for the order and your order is canceled, C'est beau shall issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
C'est beau works to protect the security of your personal information during transmission through our secure system. C'est beau employees do not have access to your credit card information, which is encrypted immediately upon completion of a transaction.
Only the transaction management company with which C'est beau does business receives its encrypted information. It is possible at any time to request that your information be removed from our database.
