Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order.
To request a return, simply log in to your customer account using the following link: https://shopify.com/49696374939/account
- Select the order and the items you wish to return.
- Indicate the reason for returning the items.
- You must also indicate in the comments whether you wish to return your order in person or by postal services.
Only products in their original condition may be returned.
In person
In order to avoid return shipping costs, it is possible to bring products directly to our offices located at 90 Beaubien St. W., local 501-C, Montreal, Quebec, H2S 1V6.
By postal services
Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide you with a return slip that you must print out, affix to your package and drop off at a Canada Post outlet. Once the return slip has been sent, 15 days are allowed for shipping your return package.
It is important to pack your return package properly, as damaged products may not be reimbursed.

A fee of 9.49$ plus taxes applies to each postal return request. This will be deducted from your refund.
Initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
Following a claim, a customer service agent will confirm your return and provide you with a return slip if required.
How do I make an exchange online?
C'est beau does not offer an exchange service for orders. To obtain the desired product in another size or color, we recommend that you request a refund for the unwanted product, then place a new order. This simplifies the process and guarantees a faster response.
Can I get a refund in store for an online purchase?
You can exchange or get your money back at any time for any merchandise purchased online in our store. Make sure you have your order number.
Can I get a refund online for an in-store purchase?
No problem at all. Follow the same steps as for "How do I make an online return?" If you wish to make a return by post, please leave a note with your address so that we can provide you with an appropriate return slip.
If I want to make a return online, is there a shipping charge?
Yes, a fee of 9.49 $ plus taxes applies to each postal return request. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
How long does it take to request a return online?

- Products purchased at a sample sale are final sales.
- Items that have been tampered with are non-refundable.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Returns are refunded within 5 working days of receipt by C'est beau.
Credit card
Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on the banking institution.
Afterpay
For orders placed via Afterpay, the direct debit will stop and the amount already paid will be refunded via Afterpay.
Gift card
For orders purchased with a gift card, the amount will be automatically credited to the gift card and can be used for a new order.
Will I receive confirmation of my refund?
Following your return request, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to return unsuitable items. Once your return has been received and processed, you'll receive an email confirming the success of the operation, along with details of your refund.
Can all items be returned?
Some items are not eligible for a refund. These include
- Products with more than 40% off are final sales.
- Products purchased at a sample sale are final sales.
- Altered items are not refundable.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Lifestyle / skincare products are non-refundable.
Return requests totaling less than 11 $ are not accepted online. However, these items may be returned in-store, unless they are non-refundable.

What is the warranty on C'est beau products?
C'est beau guarantees its products against manufacturing defects for a period of six months following purchase. If a product proves defective during this period, we offer a replacement, refund or repair.
The warranty applies to all products, whether purchased at regular price or on sale.
For artisan products, please refer directly to specific artisan warranties, if different from those offered by C'est beau.
