We encourage you to fully consult our FAQ before contacting our team, to quickly find answers to your questions. Are all the products I find in the showroom available on cestbeau.co?

Yes, all products available at the showroom are also available on our website.

Are online prices the same as in-store?

Yes, our prices are always the same in store and on cestbeau.co.

Can I buy an item online that is not or is no longer on the website?

In general, clothing that is no longer on the website will not be restocked. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department.

Is it possible to have my purchases gift-wrapped?

Unfortunately not, we do not have gift wrapping available.

Is it possible to buy gift cards on the website?

We offer the possibility of purchasing electronic gift cards on our website. Gift cards are final sales.

How can I remove items from my shopping cart?

It's easy to remove selected items from your shopping cart. Simply click on the "My cart" tab and then press the trash can icon next to the item.

What types of clothing do you sell?

C'est Beau specializes in selling basic and essential clothing for men and women, with an emphasis on durability, simplicity and quality.

What are your garments made of?

Fabric composition can vary from item to item, so we recommend you read the description of each product.

It's important to know that our 100% organic cotton jersey fabric, used for most of our t-shirts and long sleeves, is GOTS-certified. This certification is a world-leading standard in textile processing for the production of organic fibers, and is based on ecological and social criteria.

It's also important to know that the recycled polyester used in the manufacture of our garments is produced from post-consumer PET bottles, the same plastic bottles used for bottled water, which would otherwise go to landfill or into our oceans.

Last but not least, our recycled cotton garments give new life to textile scraps. By using pre-industrial scraps to produce new cotton yarn, water, energy and dyes are greatly reduced.

Where are your clothes made?

C'est Beau specializes in locally made garments. They are designed, woven, dyed, cut and assembled in Quebec, within a 300-kilometer radius of our offices. For more information, read our articles "The future is local" and "Made in Quebec".

How to choose the right size?

C'est Beau offers unisex clothing, so you may be wondering what size to choose. You might also be hesitating between a tight-fitting garment or one that's a little looser. To help you, our size guide shows measurements taken directly on the garment, not on the body. To find your ideal size, select a garment at home that fits you and compare its dimensions with those in our size guide.

Do you have any special collections or collaborations?

Every year, C'est Beau creates a special collection of clothing. We also collaborate with various local organizations and artists to support causes close to our hearts. For example, we have worked with companies such as Jour de la Terre on the 2024 T-shirt. These collaborations enable us to combine fashion and social commitment, while offering unique and meaningful pieces to our customers.

Do your garments shrink in the wash?

Cotton garments may shrink slightly after the first wash. We recommend following the care instructions supplied with each product and avoiding the dryer to minimize this risk.

Do you have seasonally adapted garments?

Yes, we offer T-shirts, fleece and caps, as well as hats and coats, so you can dress for all seasons.

Do you offer personalized clothing?

Yes, C'est Beau specializes in personalized clothing. Take a look at C'est Beau's personalized clothing section.

ORDER

What should I do if I receive faulty or incorrect products?

If you receive the wrong item, a defective item or an item that has been damaged in transit, simply access your customer account using the following link: https://shopify.com/49696374939/account within 14 days indicating :

  • Select the order and the items to be returned.
  • You must identify in the comments the breakage of your item.
  • You must indicate the reason for the damaged item.
  • You must also indicate in the comments whether you wish to return your order in person or by mail.

*For garment breakage, a photo of the breakage and a photo of the care label may be requested by e-mail.

C'est beau will then assume the associated shipping costs.

How do I change or cancel an order?

To modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible at info@cestbeau.co, indicating your order number and the changes you wish to make.

Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel or modify it. In this case, you will need to request a return.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Can I use a promotional code in store as well as online?

Most promotional codes are also applicable in store.

Can I apply a promotional code to more than one order?

Some codes are generated for one-time use on a single order. Other codes can be applied more than once.

Can I use more than one promotional code on the same order?

No, each promotional code is applicable only once, and its offer cannot be combined with that of another code.

Do promotional codes expire?

Yes, promotional codes are valid for a specific period. Some codes expire on a fixed date, while others are valid for a set number of days from receipt of the offer. It is also possible for a promotional code to have a limit of use per customer.

Can I apply a promotional code to an order I've already placed?

No, promotional codes can only be applied to a future online purchase.

How is the promotional code applied to my invoice?

For codes offering a discount amount, the discount is applied to each item according to its respective value. For codes offering free delivery, the standard delivery amount is subtracted from the subtotal.

Can I apply a promotional code to the purchase of gift cards?

No, it is not possible to apply a promotional code to the purchase of gift cards.

What methods of payment are accepted at C'est beau?

We accept the following methods of payment: ShopPay, C'est beau Gift Card, credit card and Afterpay. It is also possible to pay with a debit card in-store.

How can I change or cancel an order I've already placed?

To carry out these actions, it is essential to contact us before receiving the shipping confirmation by e-mail. If the shipping confirmation has already been received, you will need to return the goods as soon as you receive them or contact our customer service department. You can also send us an e-mail or chat directly with one of our agents.
