We were thrilled to produce the merch for Chips Miett, a Quebec-based company known for its artisanal chips made from local ingredients.

Jenn and JP, the passionate co-founders of Chips Miett, welcomed us to the Ferme Aviateur in Mirabel. We had the chance to witness their annual potato harvest.

Jenn used to grow potatoes for fun with her mother and grandmother when she was younger. She blends this family tradition with her background as a nutritionist to craft chips that reflect the flavors of Quebec while telling a compelling story.

JP, handles the cooking and harvests sumac, which adds a distinctive twist to their recipes. Their teamwork and love for food have helped them create a brand that resonates with both food lovers and those in search of quality, authentic products.

Chips Miett is also making waves with their Jardin Pimenté project, using freeze-drying to keep herbs and jalapeños fresh. Their products, like the Sel et Sumac chips, come from careful harvesting and preparation.

This venture is a true celebration of Quebec's culinary heritage, inviting everyone to enjoy moments of sharing and delight.
