For Earth Day, we visited farms of the Family Farmers Network. The network celebrates its 30th anniversary this year, and to mark this important occasion, chose to create custom t-shirts and tote bags made in Quebec.

We chose to screen print on classic navy and grey t-shirt blanks, as well as on small natural tote bags. Screen printing is perfect for large-series projects that feature designs and illustrations without too much detail or transparency. The result is beautiful, durable, and the colors are vibrant.

The beautiful illustration by Mallorie Brack featured three different colors, which our screen printing artist developed wonderfully.

We were able to see the merch worn by those who inspired them: the farmers who grow organic vegetables to feed thousands of families in Quebec. Amélie, market gardener owner of Matière Première farm, Maude-Hélène, owner of La Grelinette farm, a pioneer of intensive organic farming in Quebec, as well as the Coopérative Pied de Céleri.

It was only logical that to celebrate local know-how, the network chose to produce their merch locally. Much like them, C'est Beau grows local and organic products.
