What are the delivery costs?

Expedited parcel delivery throughout Quebec - $11.95 or free for any purchase of $99 or more.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

C'est beau is committed to processing orders within 3 business days of placing the order. Once processed, a tracking number or a notification that the order is ready for pickup is sent via email. Delivery times then depend on the chosen delivery method.

Once our carriers collect the products, here are the guaranteed delivery times:

  • 48 business hours for delivery in Montreal with local delivery service.
  • 1 to 3 business days for express delivery with Canada Post.
  • 3 to 7 business days for regular delivery within Canada.

It's beautiful is not responsible for carrier delivery times.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout North America.

I need my order in a shorter time frame, can I have expedited delivery?

In this case, you will need to choose the expedited or express delivery option. If you choose expedited or express shipping, we will also endeavor to prepare the order as quickly as possible.

Can I have my order delivered somewhere other than my home?

Yes, you can have your orders shipped to any address in North America. Enter your shipping address first in the "Shipping and Payment" section, and you can enter your billing address later in the checkout process.

Can I have items from the same order delivered to multiple addresses?

No, it is not possible to deliver to multiple addresses in a single order. In this case, we recommend placing two separate orders.

Can I get a refund for the delivery costs?

No, delivery charges are non-refundable.

Can I track the progress of my package? How?

As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a direct link to track your package. Unfortunately, live tracking isn't available for orders shipped with Chasseur-courrier, but delivery is expected within 48 hours.

What is local bike delivery?

Local bike delivery is only available in certain parts of the Island of Montreal. This area is served by the Chasseur-courrier delivery service, which allows for greenhouse gas-free shipping.

What should I do if I don't receive my order?

If your order appears to be stuck with the carrier, please contact us as soon as possible so we can follow up with the carrier. Please provide your order number and delivery address to facilitate the process.

Refusal of delivery, failure to claim a package or incorrect address

If the package is refused upon delivery, if no one answers after several attempts, if the delivery address is incorrect or if the package is not claimed at the postal counter, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a fee may be charged for a new delivery.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, simply access your customer account using the following link: https://shopify.com/49696374939/account

  • You must choose the order as well as the items to return
  • You must indicate the reason why you are returning the items
  • You must also indicate in the comments whether you wish to return your order in person or by postal services.

Only products in their original condition can be returned. (Some items cannot be refunded, see point below!).

By postal services

Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide you with a return slip that you will need to print, affix to your package, and drop off at a counter depending on the designated carrier. Following the return slip, you will have 7 days to ship your return package. Your return will be canceled if the deadlines are not met.

It is important to package packages well for return, damaged products may not be refunded.

How to make an exchange online?

C'est beau does not offer an exchange service for orders. To obtain the desired product in a different size or color, it is recommended that you request a refund for the unwanted product and then place a new order. This simplifies the process and guarantees a faster response. Contact us for a price adjustment for a size exchange purchased with the trio promotion.

Can I get a refund in store for an online purchase?

You can exchange or receive a refund at any time for any merchandise purchased online from our store. Make sure you have your order number on hand.

Can I get a refund online for a purchase made in store?

No problem. Follow the same steps as for "How do I return online?" If you'd like to return by mail, please leave a note with your address so we can provide you with a proper return label.

If I want to make a return online, are there any shipping costs?

For an order placed via Afterpay, the charge will stop and the amount already paid will be refunded via Afterpay.

Gift card

For an order purchased with a gift card, the amount will be automatically returned to the gift card and will be usable for a new order.

Will I receive confirmation of my refund?

Following your return request, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return the unsuitable item(s). Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive an email confirming the successful return and your refund details.

Can all items be returned?

Some items are not eligible for a refund. This is because:

C'est Beau specializes in selling basic and essential clothing for men and women, emphasizing durability, simplicity, and quality.

What are your clothes made of?

Fabric composition may vary from item to item, so we recommend reading each product description.

It's important to know that our 100% organic cotton jersey fabric, used for most of our t-shirts and long sleeves, is GOTS certified. This certification is a leading global standard for textile processing for the production of organic fibers and is based on ecological and social criteria.

It's also important to know that the recycled polyester used in our clothing is produced from post-consumer PET bottles, the same plastic bottles used for bottled water, which would otherwise end up in landfills or our oceans.

Finally, our recycled cotton garments breathe new life into textile waste. By using pre-industrial waste to produce new cotton yarn, water, energy, and dyes are significantly reduced.

Where are your clothes made?

C'est Beau specializes in locally made clothing. It is designed, woven, dyed, cut, and assembled in Quebec, within a radius of less than 300 kilometers of our offices. For more information, please read our articles "The Future is Local" and "Made in Quebec."

How to choose the right size?

C'est Beau offers unisex clothing, which may lead you to wonder which sizes to choose. You might also be unsure whether to choose a fitted or looser-fitting garment. To help you, our size guide uses measurements taken directly from the garment itself, not from the body. To find the perfect fit, select a garment from home that fits you well and compare its dimensions with those in our size guide.

Do you have any special collections or collaborations?

Each year, C'est Beau creates a special clothing collection. We also collaborate with various local organizations and artists to support causes we care about. Do your clothes shrink in the wash?

What if I receive defective or incorrect products?

In the event that you receive a wrong item, an item is defective, or an item that has been damaged in transit, simply log into your customer account using the following link: https://shopify.com/49696374939/account within 14 days and indicate:
